Snow is falling over much of the Carolinas, parts of Georgia, Tennessee and Virginia late Saturday morning. It’s spread considerably in the past few hours, especially in Georgia and South Carolina.

The storm, which is expected to pummel the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions through Monday, could bring 20 inches or more of snow to New York City.
